Shipping costs are calculated based on your delivery location and shown clearly at checkout before payment. We dispatch via trusted Nepal couriers and provide a tracking link by email once your order leaves our atelier.

No returns or exchanges

Each piece is made in small quantities with care. Once an order is placed, it cannot be returned, exchanged, refunded, or cancelled. Please review your size, colour, and details carefully before checkout.


Delivery

Estimated Delivery Times

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. You will receive a tracking link by email once your order has been dispatched. Custom and made-to-order pieces take longer — we will confirm the lead time with you directly after your order is placed.

Inside Kathmandu Valley

1–3 days

Delivered via in-house courier or trusted local partner. Shipping fee shown at checkout.

Rest of Nepal

3–7 days

Dispatched via national couriers. Delivery time depends on your location and rural access.

Custom & Made-to-Order

2–4 weeks

Each custom piece is made specifically for you. We confirm the lead time after your order.

Returns Policy

All Sales Are Final

The Atelier does not offer returns, exchanges, refunds, or cancellations on any order — ready-to-wear, custom, sticker, or otherwise. Each piece is made carefully and in small numbers; once a sale is confirmed, the piece is yours.

Confirm Your Size

Refer to our sizing guide. If you are unsure, message us on WhatsApp at +977-9742590718 with your measurements before ordering. We are happy to help you choose the right size.

Check the Colour & Details

Photographs may show subtle differences from the actual fabric. Read the product description carefully. For specific questions about colour, finish, or fabric weight, send us a message before ordering.

Confirm Your Address

Once dispatched, orders cannot be redirected. Make sure your delivery address is complete and accurate. If you need to update it, contact us within 1 hour of placing your order.

Custom & Made-to-Order

Custom pieces are made specifically for you and cannot be reproduced or resold. We will share final details with you for approval before production begins. Once approved, the order cannot be modified or cancelled.

Manufacturing defects: If a piece arrives with a clear manufacturing defect (broken stitching, torn seams, missing buttons that should have been attached, fabric damage from production), please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with photographs of the defect and your order ID. We will assess each case individually and offer a repair where possible. This applies only to defects from our atelier — not to damage in transit, accidental damage by the customer, or the natural variation of handcrafted goods.
Why we do this: The Atelier is a small studio. Each piece is cut, sewn, and finished by hand. We make to order or in very small batches, which means we cannot easily resell returned items. By keeping all sales final, we keep our prices fair and our pieces meaningful — they go to people who have committed to wearing them.
