Contact Us Within 14 Days

Receive Your Return Label
We will send a prepaid return shipping label to your email within 24 hours. No printing required if you use a digital label compatible courier drop-off point.
Pack & Dispatch
Repack the garment in its original tissue wrapping with all tags still attached. Drop it at the designated courier location or request a home collection.
Refund Processed
Once we receive and inspect your return, a full refund to your original payment method will be issued within 3–5 business days. You will receive an email confirmation.
